In the role of Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the accounts payable process from start to finish. You will work with handling, bookkeeping, and coding of supplier invoices in ERP systems (NetSuite/Medius), payments, bank transactions, and reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with finance teams in several locations and become an important player in creating efficient and sustainable working methods.

• Book and code supplier invoices according to the chart of accounts

• Ensure quick and accurate handling of incoming invoices

• Prepare and execute supplier payments

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes within accounts payable

• Collaborate with finance teams in different locations

• Have experience in accounts payable

• Have been involved in system implementation, preferably related to digital invoice management

• Are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented

• Enjoy taking responsibility and driving your work independently

• Have experience with ERP/financial systems, preferably Medius

• Have basic knowledge of Excel

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
